Learn to identify customer needs


To successfully target your audience, you first need to understand who your customers are. On the course, you’ll learn how to identify your customers and their needs.


With this knowledge, you’ll learn how to create a marketing message and strategy that not only aligns with your customer needs, but also meets the needs of an ever-changing audience.


Delve into your marketing channels


Next, you’ll explore the marketing channels available to you and how your customers use these channels.


You’ll learn the best practices of each marketing channel to reach and connect with your audience with the right language and product features.


Understand the marketing landscape


On the final week of the course, you’ll discover how the market landscape continues to change and how the pandemic has impacted customers. Through this exploration, you’ll learn how you can effectively respond to these changes.


By the end of the course, you’ll have a firm grasp of marketing concepts, know how to connect to your customers, and will have the mindset you need for continued success.

      • Not post answers to problems that are being used to assess student performance.

      • Abide by any and all requirements of the eLearnAfrica Participants as may regard the expectations of civil or academic behavior or of community standards.

      VIOLATIONS

      If you are found in violation of the Terms and Conditions or Honor Code, you may be subject to one or more of the following actions:

      • Receiving a zero or no credit for an assignment;

      • Having any certificate earned in the course withheld or revoked;

      • Being unenrolled from a course, learning program or degree program; or

      • Termination of your use of the App and/or Site.

      • Additional actions may be taken at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica and eLearnAfrica course providers. 

      No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.

      Honor code violations will be determined at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica, the Partners, or Members. You will be notified if a determination has been made that you have violated this honor code and you will be informed of the corresponding action to be taken as a result of the violation.
