By the end, you’ll know how you can build your team, scale your operations effectively, and develop an ethical and sustainable growth strategy.


Learn how to set realistic business goals


You’ll start by learning how to balance quantity and quality while growing your business, understanding how fast is too fast when it comes to growth.


To help you do this, you’ll gain the skills to set realistic business goals, including sustainable goals, and learn how to use feedback to inform your decisions.


Discover strategies for retaining and recruiting talent


To help you manage growth and develop an effective retention strategy, you’ll discover the factors that can help you hire the right people.


You’ll also learn how companies can retain talent and how you can build a diverse and inclusive team.


Understand how to design an effective business plan


Finally, you’ll discover the role of business planning as you explore frameworks for identifying threats and opportunities for your business. You’ll also learn how to measure success and adjust your business plan to ensure it is effective.


Using case studies and guided by academic experts, you’ll finish the course with a solid understanding of sustainable growth strategies and how to implement them in your new business.


This course is designed to empower business owners or those who are curious about business to walk away with confidence and clarity over their next steps, strategies, and how to launch their business.


The content is not industry-specific and is primarily suited for new or existing business owners who want to learn how to grow their business.

      • Not engage in any activity that would dishonestly improve my results, or improve or hurt the results of others.

      • Not post answers to problems that are being used to assess student performance.

      • Abide by any and all requirements of the eLearnAfrica Participants as may regard the expectations of civil or academic behavior or of community standards.

      VIOLATIONS

      If you are found in violation of the Terms and Conditions or Honor Code, you may be subject to one or more of the following actions:

      • Receiving a zero or no credit for an assignment;

      • Having any certificate earned in the course withheld or revoked;

      • Being unenrolled from a course, learning program or degree program; or

      • Termination of your use of the App and/or Site.

      • Additional actions may be taken at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica and eLearnAfrica course providers. 

      No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.

      Honor code violations will be determined at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica, the Partners, or Members. You will be notified if a determination has been made that you have violated this honor code and you will be informed of the corresponding action to be taken as a result of the violation.
