After an overview of the evolution of Sukuk over the years, you’ll begin unpacking its different types and structures. You’ll also delve into Sukuk-related risk management, compliance, and market analysis.


With this knowledge, you’ll be able to use Sukuk to contribute to your organisation’s success by optimising cash flow and management practices.


Learn how to design Sukuk contracts


Next, you’ll gain practical skills in designing and structuring Sukuk contracts. You’ll examine key contract components, discuss asset-based structures, and learn how to put together a Sukuk term sheet.

      No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.
