Savoir si une coopération mondiale est possible en dépit de grandes différences.


Nous vivons dans un monde heureusement varié, mais des différends internes et internationaux naissent souvent de différences culturelles. Une coopération mondiale est-elle possible en dépit de grandes spécificités culturelles, institutionnelles et contextuelles ? Les confrontations idéologiques peuvent-elles empêcher la collaboration entre Etats ?


Vous le saurez grâce à ce cours de quatre semaines qui analyse des organisations et des cultures dans le monde entier. Vous évaluerez la pertinence de l’idée d’un “choc des civilisations” et vous vous demanderez si notre planète devient vraiment plus libérale économiquement et culturellement.


Découvrir les atouts et les failles de la négociation interculturelle


Une bonne négociation repose sur la quête de terrains d’entente difficiles à trouver quand les cultures sont trop différentes. Dans un monde globalisé comment trouver les moyens d’améliorer notre communication interculturelle ?


Voyez comment nous y parvenons et pourquoi tant de tentatives de réconciliation ont échoué. Découvrez la profondeur des écarts entre idéologies antagonistes et distinctions culturelles. Sachez comment modernité et tradition continuent d’influencer les débats autour de la puissance.


Revoir les relations internationales de 1925 à 2025


Nous vivons dans un monde différent de celui de 1925. Découvrez comment nous avons progressé et formé il y a longtemps des Unions internationales qui existent toujours. Vous appliquerez ensuite vos connaissances à un essai de prospective en réfléchissant aux défis qui nous attendent et à la manière dont nous pouvons les surmonter.


Ce cours intéressera particulièrement les étudiants en relations internationales, les personnes qui travaillent dans le domaine du commerce international, celles qui ont besoin d’apprendre à négocier, les experts des OIG et des ONG traitant de questions interculturelles.


Aucune expérience en anthropologie culturelle n’est requise - toute personne intéressée par les questions idéologiques et culturelles peut en tirer profit.


Si vous suivez ce cours pour obtenir des crédits, vous devrez y consacrer au moins 10 heures par semaine. Sinon, six heures par semaine sont suffisantes pour une compréhension de base.

      • Termination of your use of the App and/or Site.

      • Additional actions may be taken at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica and eLearnAfrica course providers. 

      No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.

      Honor code violations will be determined at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica, the Partners, or Members. You will be notified if a determination has been made that you have violated this honor code and you will be informed of the corresponding action to be taken as a result of the violation.
